High Torque Robotics and Sharebot Form Strategic Partnership to Accelerate Real-World Robot Deployment
livelybot | 2026.10.21

As robots move from R&D and demonstration into real-world application, how well products match the needs of specific scenarios has become a question the industry continues to explore. Recently, High Torque Robotics and Sharebot officially entered into a strategic partnership. The two parties will work across K-12 and research education, commercial performance and cultural tourism, and robotics competitions, helping robot products match application needs more efficiently and bringing embodied intelligence into more real-world scenarios.

High Torque Robotics and Sharebot cooperation

High Torque Robotics has long focused on humanoid robots and core components. It is one of the few companies in China to achieve full-stack in-house development and independent mass production from core components to complete robots, with end-to-end capabilities spanning R&D, manufacturing, and scenario application, and accumulated practical experience in education, cultural tourism and commercial performance, and robotics competitions.

Backed by the ecosystem of a leading domestic robotics company, Sharebot is a globally leading RaaS (Robotics-as-a-Service) application and service platform. Adopting a “shared leasing + platform-based scheduling” model, the platform can dispatch more than 4,000 robots and connects over 1,000 service providers, with a service network covering more than 200 cities nationwide. It has mature delivery capabilities in cluster performances, human-robot co-performances, and technology IP operations.

High Torque Robotics goes deep on products and technology, while Sharebot makes projects and services concrete; the two sides connect at both the product and application ends. This strategic partnership grows out of both parties’ existing capabilities and responds to the real-world need for the robotics industry to move from “having products” to “having applications.”

A Sharebot representative said that High Torque Robotics’ product and technology accumulation offers the platform more options for expanding related projects; leveraging project connection and service capabilities, the two parties will get closer to real needs and continuously optimize products and application solutions.

Education, cultural tourism and commercial performance, and competitions are the areas where robots entered practical use earliest, and they are also the scenarios the strategic partnership focuses on.

In education, High Torque Robotics has formed application solutions spanning early-childhood enlightenment, primary and secondary education, vocational training, and university research, serving schools’ teaching and research practice. The two parties will explore products and service models suited to long-term use across schools, training institutions, and research projects.

Education application

In commercial performance and cultural tourism, High Torque Robotics has taken part in brand events, themed pop-ups, city parades, and exhibition interactions, and has deployed applications at Chimelong Spaceship Park, testing the robots’ on-site operation and interaction capabilities against real visitor flows. The two parties will continue to refine product fit and on-site service around cultural tourism needs.

In robotics competitions, High Torque Robotics continues to take part in events and industry-education integration practice, providing products and technical support to schools, training institutions, and competing teams. Sharebot will connect event organizers, schools, and training institutions, promoting the use of robots in competition equipment, daily training, and on-site services.

Under the partnership plan, High Torque Robotics will enter Sharebot’s supply matrix as a selected brand, enriching the platform’s multi-brand product choices. The two parties will carry out local scheduling in key cities, gradually connecting High Torque products to a “two-hour robot supply and service circle” to improve nearby delivery and after-sales response. Around secondary scenario development and localized service building, High Torque Robotics and Sharebot will also jointly build a service system covering inspection, repair, and maintenance, and explore rent-to-own, joint IP, marketing, and joint overseas market development.

For the industry, the partnership between High Torque Robotics and Sharebot is not only about completing more projects; relying on a front-warehouse network and project practice, it will also accumulate delivery, operations, and service-assurance capabilities to form replicable application solutions. The industry expects China’s robot leasing market to exceed RMB 10 billion in 2026, up more than 900% from 2025. As the market expands rapidly, localized delivery and service networks will become an important foundation for robots to move toward scaled application.
