On August 8th, the 2025 World Robot Conference (WRC 2025) kicked off in Yizhuang, Beijing. This conference attracted over 200 global enterprises to participate in the exhibition. High Torque Robotics attended the exhibition with its "Hi-Pi Brothers" series of robots, among which the new member "Mini Pi+" made its first public appearance at this exhibition.
With a height of approximately 65cm and a weight of 10kg, Mini Pi+ is equipped with self-developed joint modules. It supports functional expansion such as cameras, grippers, dexterous hands, and voice control, and can meet the research needs of cutting-edge algorithms including Locomotion, Manipulation, and Whole-body Control. At the WRC exhibition site, interactive sessions such as Mini Pi football matches and Mini Pi+ dance performances were set up to engage the audience.

Adhering to the philosophy of "Creating new possibilities for the robotics industry and delivering value to the sector", High Torque Robotics continues to delve into the underlying technologies of humanoid robots. It has pioneered a miniaturized and modular integration solution, unlocking more possibilities. Through modular design and visualization tools, robot development becomes more efficient and robot designs more diverse.
To support university teams in preparing for the 2025 World Humanoid Robot Games, High Torque Robotics launched a pre-competition summer workshop, providing hardware and software support for each team. On August 11th, CCTV News Channel focused on and covered the live situation of High Torque's summer workshop. Teams from multiple universities carried out secondary development based on Mini Pi+, and completed a number of independently designed and debugged works in a short period of time, demonstrating the implementation capability of "one robot a day".

From August 14th to 17th, the 2025 World Humanoid Robot Games, the world's first sports event focusing on humanoid robots, was held at the National Speed Skating Oval in Beijing. High Torque Robotics' Mini Pi and Mini Hi participated in track and field events and performance events respectively. In the 100-meter track and field race, although Mini Pi was relatively slow, it persisted in moving forward to the finish line and successfully completed the race, demonstrating the stability of robot technology in sports scenarios.

Works developed through secondary development based on "Hi-Pi Brothers" by multiple universities and enterprises also made their appearances together, such as "Little Giant", "Kung Fu Chinese Loong" and "Awakened Lion". These works either incorporate distinctive designs or optimize functional designs, demonstrating the application potential of humanoid robots from different dimensions and also confirming the adaptability of High Torque Robotics' products in the field of secondary development.
