High Torque Robotics and Wanji Yizu Form Strategic Partnership to Build a RaaS Ecosystem on an Open Platform

On September 29, 2026, at the Wanji Yizu Partner Ecosystem Conference, High Torque Robotics and Wanji Yizu (万机易租) formally signed a framework agreement for deep strategic cooperation. The partnership spans three dimensions — centralized procurement, brand flagship stores on the Wanji Yizu app, and channel distribution — as the two companies jointly explore new models for leasing intelligent equipment, expand diversified commercial application scenarios, and keep advancing the service system of the humanoid robot rental industry.

Wanji Yizu positions itself as China’s infrastructure platform for the circulation of embodied-intelligence humanoid robot assets — a dual-engine platform pairing RaaS (Robotics-as-a-Service) with an IP scenario testbed. Built on shared leasing and platform-based scheduling, it connects upstream hardware manufacturers, local service providers, and B-end scenario customers, with a service network planned to cover more than 300 cities across China.

High Torque Robotics is one of the few humanoid robot companies in China to achieve full-stack in-house development and independent mass production, from core components to complete robots. Its mission is to give every developer access to a high-performance humanoid robot and to lower the barrier to building embodied-intelligence applications. Its products suit K-12 and research education, mecha combat, cluster performances, human-robot co-performance, and immersive cultural tourism — a natural fit for the RaaS model of time-shared asset leasing and cross-scenario circulation.

Together the two parties will continue to iterate on the humanoid body, power units, and control algorithms, and to optimize mass-production consistency and cost structure. They will go deep in research and education, mecha competition, and immersive performance to build a standardized open hardware platform; and, through the channel partner network and Wanji Yizu’s online app, put their own models into diverse real-world validation, feeding scenario feedback back into product iteration to co-build an inclusive, open developer ecosystem for embodied intelligence.

Expanding supply and closing the loop online: High Torque Robotics’ full model lineup joins Wanji Yizu’s supply pool, and the brand’s official flagship store opens on the Wanji Yizu app, where customers can browse, inquire, and place a rental or purchase order directly — filling the platform’s humanoid robot inventory.

Two-way channel enablement: drawing on the Wanji Yizu app’s online traffic, its nationwide service provider network, WBRK events, and robot theme parks, the partnership accelerates market reach for High Torque products; High Torque Robotics in turn provides product technical support, development tooling, and after-sales assurance to the platform.

Joint scenario validation: the WBRK global humanoid mecha championship and the robot technology park become standing test grounds, continuously collecting human-robot interaction data through combat, parade, and cluster co-performance.

Co-creating the model: the two parties will jointly refine standardized schemes for RaaS, asset custody, and cross-region time-shared scheduling, delivering a replicable commercialization path for the humanoid robot industry.

Looking ahead, High Torque Robotics will keep refining its standardized open hardware platform, treat Wanji Yizu as a key ecosystem anchor, continue investing in model-and-scenario validation, gather first-line user requirements, and keep improving its products and developer toolchain — working with industry partners to make lightweight, re-developable humanoid robots broadly accessible and to build an open, symbiotic application ecosystem for embodied intelligence.
