From December 4th to 6th, Mini Pi+, the new-generation humanoid robot developed by HighTorque Robotics, made its debut at the "CMG Smart Future" Robot Interactive Showcase hosted by CCTV. At the outdoor exhibition area in Shenzhen, a "troupe" of Mini Pi+ robots captivated audiences with their perfectly synchronized group dance. Inside the robot theater, four Mini Pi+ robots with distinct appearances performed alongside human dancers in the human-robot song and dance show Shanhai Movement, vividly presenting the future vision of "human-robot symbiosis".

On December 4th, at the event Made in Guangdong, Better for All – Forging Ahead on the Greater Bay Area's Sci-Tech Innovation Path in the 15th Five-Year Plan Period hosted by Guangdong Radio and Television Station, Luo Xuan, Co-founder of HighTorque Robotics, took the stage to share insights. At the opening of the event, Mini Pi+ made its appearance as the "Greater Bay Chicken" with agile dance moves. In her speech, Luo Xuan elaborated on the company’s commitment to the R&D of compact humanoid robots, and its vision to drive robots from laboratories to the mass consumer market through modular, safe and user-friendly desktop-level products.
On December 11, the Delegation of NPC Deputies from Guangdong, focusing on the theme of "Promoting Mutually Reinforcing Strengths between Guangdong's Science, Technology and Industry", paid an inspection visit to HighTorque Robotics. The company reported to the deputies its development journey, starting from an incubation base in an urban village and successfully establishing an independent full-stack R&D technology chain. On-site, Mini Pi+ robots demonstrated complex movements such as dancing and big - footed kicking, and conducted smooth conversations with the deputies via their voice modules. From December 12th to 14th, the 2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Industry Conference (XAIR Conference) was held in Guangzhou. Mini Pi+ robots developed by HighTorque Robotics made an appearance at the featured booth of Agricultural Bank of China Guangdong Branch, demonstrating their mobility capabilities to the public. In light of the enterprise’s characteristics, Guangzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China Guangdong has provided the company with exclusive credit products for tech-oriented enterprises, supporting the R&D of its new-generation robots with financial leverage.
At the 1st National Robot Trend Play Festival held on December 20th and 21st, Xiao Pai and Mini Pi+ robots developed by HighTorque Robotics stole the spotlight at the event. Mini Pi+, modeled after the "Greater Bay Chicken" IP image, joined the parade and warmly high-fived and took photos with children. In addition, the robots put on dynamic street dance performances and showcased agile soccer skills. These interactive sessions demonstrated that robots are evolving from static exhibits into approachable, interactive companions in cultural and tourism scenarios, creating a unique tech-infused entertainment experience.

On December 22, HighTorque Robotics was invited to participate in the Public Open Day Art Festival held to celebrate the 18th anniversary of the National Centre for the Performing Arts. Six Mini Pi+ robots, dressed in custom-made red lion dance costumes, formed a "Mecha Lion Dance Troupe" and performed on the same stage with the Marching Band of Dinghuili Primary School Affiliated to Capital Normal University. Leveraging group control technology, the robot lion dancers executed precise and synchronized movements. Amid the stirring marching band melodies, they achieved an innovative integration of technology and traditional art.

From December 26th to 27th, the 1st Beijing College Students "AI+" Innovation Competition was held at Beijing University of Technology. As an important partner and technical support unit for the event, HighTorque Robotics successfully organized the competition event themed "Pitch Showdown – Humanoid Robot 3V3 Soccer". All 16 participating teams competed with Mini Pi+ robots. Over the two days of 15 highly competitive matches, more than 60 robots maintained 100% hardware failure-free operation throughout the entire event. The competition fully verified the stability, advantages of modular design, and ease of use of the open SDK of Mini Pi+. It also demonstrated HighTorque Robotics’ strong capabilities in its comprehensive service system, ranging from rapid delivery to full-process technical support.

From December 27th to 28th, the 2025 Lion Dance Super Carnival & "Millions of Projects" Public Welfare Market was held at Huacheng Square in Guangzhou.
Mini Pi+ made a vivid appearance in red lion dance and "Greater Bay Chicken" costumes, interacting warmly with citizens on site and creating a joyful atmosphere. This event organically integrated traditional lion dance culture with robot technology, demonstrating Mini Pi+'s capability to deliver stable, controllable and engaging performance services in scenarios such as cultural tourism fairs and commercial events, and injecting technological vitality into public activities and commercial spaces.
On December 31, Mini Pi+ humanoid robots developed by HighTorque Robotics made an appearance at China Media Group’s new media live special program "Thank You for Being with Me" – Guanghua Road Heartwarming New Year’s Eve Show, delivering a spectacular robot lion dance performance. Five Mini Pi+ robots, clad in red lion dance costumes, leveraged their high stability and precise group control technology to complete the entire performance without a single error in the live broadcast setting. The live show was simulcast on CMG Video and multiple mainstream platforms, further verifying the robots’ reliable and stable performance capabilities in live broadcast scenarios with stringent real-time requirements.
